In Depth Hypnotherapy

This workshop was absolutely brilliant!!!! I highly recommend this. It has already been effective to keep me away from my favourite junk food since I completed the workshop. I must say thanks Donna for that one!I highly recommend Donna for one-on-one hypnotherapy either way. I have experienced such a positive outcome from our sessions together.I am now just so happy that she is adding online workshop options to her list of services. Especially when they clearly get just as good of results.Many thanks Donna for being so good at what you do.

Donna has a down to earth pragmatic approach to healing that is centered around self love and respect that is truly refreshing. She offers the practical tools to ensure that you see a real difference in the way you enjoy life and take care of yourself. I would particularly recommend her to anyone who needs to shift negative thought patterns and see results in a reasonable period of time.

I can't speak highly enough of Donna and all that she's done for me.I had never really been to any sort of therapy before my sessions with Donna to help deal with a few big issues and changes in life.Donna provided such a safe space to be vulnerable and discuss emotions I had never previously dealt with. She was so kind and considerate throughout all of our sessions and always gave me the chance to keep discussing what I needed to without rushing me off.She was so open about what was to be expected, what was involved with time line therapy and hypnotherapy and took the time to answer any questions I had until I was comfortable.I have no doubt Donna has improved my life immensely by helping me deal with my suppressed emotions and I can't recommend her enough.

Donna is amazing. I did a break through therapy program which consisted of 6 sessions. I can honestly say she has helped me so much with so many things in my life. She’s given me my confidence and strength back. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting healing done. I loved Donna’s workshop on weigh loss! It has made a HUGE difference in the way I eat as well as how much I eat! And it’s all so effortless! I am no longer craving the sweets that I used to crave all day long and after every meal. This is huge for me. I have tried to kick those cravings for years and following the workshop, they are just gone. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to make an immediate change in their eating habits ultimately resulting in weight loss. Donna is amazing at what she does. You will not be disappointed!

Donna is one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. She genuinely cares about making your life better, and wants to help you however she can. My sessions with Donna were always so lovely, and she would always take the time to have a genuine conversation with me. I went to see Donna due to a fear of travelling/flying, as I had a trip planned later on. She worked hard to make sure I got as much out of each session as possible, and never tried to book in extra sessions that I didn’t need. She even generously gave me a free session a week before I went on my trip, as she had just completed a course about the fear of flying and wanted to check in before I left. I had a wonderful trip, without any problems and I feel my sessions with Donna were a big reason for this! ❤️
