I have found Rita's energy and passion, a welcomed relief in comparison to the mundane, and typical style of counselling I have received in the past.I always come away from my sessions with her, feeling energised and positive about things.Rita will often give me a different perspective, that at times has been challenging , yet has been life altering and profound in many ways for myself.Rita explains things in a manner I just get"!! which has encouraged me to be the best version of me!!Looking forward to the amazing future I can now see for myself

I have been attending Rita Gordon Massage for a few years now. Rita has taught me many things about my posture and why I continue to pull the same muscles out. This knowledge has led me to experiencing far less pain and a regular tune up" ensures my body parts work the way they should. Rita picks her staff very carefully and they all have a very holistic view. They have many "tools" at their disposal to sort through different body issues in many ways. I have referred many of my friends to Rita who all appreciate her work ethic
